Activity: 02.07 - Create Preparation Plans For Staff Transfer

The objective of this activity is to create a detailed staff transfer plan for staff take-over due to a legal obligation. The actual transfer would normally take place at Service Commencement. This could be a big bang or a Service Commencement in waves, depending on the proposed solution to the Client.

This activity should have been executed already during the sales phase because this could have a major impact on the engagement costs and the Services Delivery Model. If not, it definitely has to start in the Preparation And Design phase.

This activity includes tasks related to the planning of individual conversion of rights and the job offer process, the actual staff transfer planning and the planned integration into Capgemini. Furthermore it contains the planning of all communication tasks, both at group level and at individual level.
